SAFETY POLICY

The rules below are a part of our rental agreement. Please make sure that the terms are agreed to, as lessee signatures will be required.

  1. SET-UP REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS.

All sprinklers must be shut off one day prior to event!. An electrical outlet must be located within 100 feet of setup position. Adequate space must be available for delivery of the bounce at least a 4 foot entry way or gate. A 15x15 bounce actually has outside dimensions of 17x19. Please plan accordingly. There must be a flat area to setup the bounce. Slight inclines are ok, but not recommended.

  1. LIMITATIONS.

Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the Bouncer Unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the Bouncer Unit at one time is:

  1. CLEANLINESS.
    1. All users MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the Bouncer Unit. 
  1. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED.
    1. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE BOUNCER UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
  1. RESTRICTED ACTIONS. 
  2. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS, SOMERSAULTS OR ROUGH PLAYING ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  1. RESTRICTED PERSONS.

Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.

  1. RESTRICTED OBJECTS.

Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, drink, food, other sticky substances, sharp objects or pets are allowed in the Bouncer Unit.

 If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00-$200 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.

No smoking, heaters or open flames within 50ft of the Bouncer Unit, Vinyl melts very easily.

simply stated;if you melt or in anyway deform the bouncer unit,you will be charged for replacing it!

CAUTIONS.

DO NOT MOVE the Bouncer Unit from the place where it was installed. If the Bouncer Unit moves, Simply pull the corner back to its original location of installation.

Keep the Bouncer Unit away from swimming pools.

Individuals wearing orthodontic braces should be careful at they could tangle in the safety netting causing damage to their teeth. We ask that you be aware and extra cautious of this risk.

  1. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are a few examples of emergencies and how they can be handled. This is strictly a guide so please use common sense when an emergency occurs.

Weather.

The Bouncer Unit must not be used when wet. In case of rain and/or lightning, have children exit Bouncer Unit. Remain calm! Help keep your riders stay calm and focused on exiting the ride in an orderly manner. Once all children have exited the Bouncer, turn off the blower fan to deflate the unit. The Bouncer Unit must not be used when wind speeds are over 25 mph. Once the rain stops, the Bouncer Unit can be dried with towels and it will be safe to use.

      1. Loss of Power.

The Bouncer Unit's equipment is reliable. Should the Bouncer Unit begin to deflate: Proceed to the entrance of the jump and help the children exit from the bouncer. After everybody is out of the jump check the following:

The motor may have stopped, in which case check the cord connection at the outlet. Do not use any more than a total of a 100 feet of heavy extension cord (Stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).

If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the JUMP unit for snugness: re-tie if necessary.

Please call us immediately if you cannot resolve the problem with the above actions.

      1. Damage.

 .              If the ride becomes damaged while in your operation, take the following steps:

If the ride is ripped or otherwise begins to lose air, assist all riders from the ride and deflate it. Write down what happened, when, and any other details you observed and turn this report in to the Responsible Party.

WEATHER POLICY

Even in The Phoenix Area, we sometimes have bad weather. We understand that rain can sometimes put a damper on outdoor events. 

Fun4Kids Party Rentals offers a Rain Guarantee on our outdoor rental items.

In the event of rain in the delivery area, customers will be contacted before the time of delivery to confirm the order.

At this time customers have the opportunity to cancel at no charge.

YOU CAN CHECK THE WEATHER HERE.

Fun4Kids Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a delivery in the event of extreme weather conditions that would cause unsafe jumping conditions or damage to the equipment.

 

Simply stated, if we set it up, payment will be required and no refunds will be given after the Bouncer Unit is set up.

 

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER OR CASH. SORRY, NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

 All balances must be paid before or at time of delivery.

Payments for "Purchased Items" must be made within 7 days in advance and will not be refundable.

 Items will still be delivered as scheduled. 50% deposits are required for bookings over $250.

There is no cancellation fee prior to 7 days of the scheduled event.

If Within 7 days of the event, a 50% Cancellation Fee will be enforced unless the cancellation was a result of our Rain Guarantee.

Within 3 days of event, a 100% Cancellation Fee will be enforced unless the cancellation was a result of our Rain Guarantee.

 All cancellations must have verbal or written confirmation (no messages are accepted).
